How do I get a quote?
Simply get in touch via our contact page. Let us know your occasion, rough location, and preferred date and we'll come back to you with a flat rate quote.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1 month in advance, especially for weekend dates. Popular slots fill up fast!
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, we require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.
Do you travel outside your local area?
Yes! We cover the whole UK. A travel surcharge may apply for events more than 50 miles from our base — contact us for a quote.
Weather Conditions
Safety is our number one priority, for obvious reasons. One thing that is beyond our control is the weather. If we determine that the weather conditions pose a safety risk, we will, of course, cancel or reschedule the event, and you will receive a full refund. We do provide a degree of shelter; however, each situation will be assessed on its own merits, and any decisions will be made with safety as our primary concern.
