Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of Mobile Axe Throwing's services. By booking an event with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Bookings & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been received. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may forfeit the deposit. If Mobile Axe Throwing cancels your event for any reason, including adverse weather conditions that pose a safety risk, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.

4. Weather Conditions

Safety is our number one priority. If we determine that weather conditions pose a safety risk, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. We provide a degree of shelter; however, each situation will be assessed on its own merits with safety as the primary concern.

5. Health & Safety

All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by our coaches at all times. Mobile Axe Throwing reserves the right to remove any participant from the event who does not comply with safety guidelines or who poses a risk to themselves or others. Participants must be sober and in a fit state to take part. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone we deem unfit to take part safely.

6. All Abilities Welcome

We welcome participants of all abilities. Anyone who may need additional support is welcome to take part, and our coaches will ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. Mobile Axe Throwing reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual if we believe their involvement poses a safety risk to themselves or others. Any such decisions will be made with safety as our primary concern.

7. Venue Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring the venue meets our minimum space requirements (15ft x 6ft per lane). Mobile Axe Throwing will not be liable for any inability to operate due to insufficient space at the agreed venue.

8. Liability

Mobile Axe Throwing carries full public liability insurance. However, participants take part at their own risk and must comply with all safety instructions. We accept no liability for injury or damage resulting from failure to follow our safety guidelines.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

10. Contact
